"Hope is being able to see the light despite all the darkness"
"Counselling and psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. They are delivered by trained practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change or enhance their wellbeing” – BACP
How can counselling help?
We believe that everyone has the right to "self heal" It is our aim to provide the right tools and support for this to take place. Counselling provides you with the opportunity to talk confidentially with a trained Counsellor. We can help you explore your feelings about your past and present issues, giving you a deeper understanding of them and allowing you to become more self-aware. A counsellors role does not involve providing solutions or giving advice, our role is to listen and to respond with understanding and non judgement. We provide a safe, confidential environment for you to explore your issues and concerns whilst offering empathy, compassion and a non- judgmental supportive relationship.
