What we Do

We Offer Low Cost Counselling to all members of our community

Can counselling help me?

Counselling works, there is plenty of evidence to support that fact. The most important factor in feeling better is a desire to change, that – and the relationship with your counsellor.

Who do we help?

We work with adults and children from the age of 12. With male and female counsellors who have a wide range of skills and experience, we’ll match you to someone who can help.

What does it cost?

When requested or required, sessions with a Student/Trainee Counsellor will cost £30. When working with a Qualified Counsellor sessions will cost £40. Currently our cost for couples counselling is £65.

Is Counselling Right for Me?

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people come to us feeling stuck, unsure, anxious, or just in need of someone to talk to outside of family and friends.

Counselling is a space for you to feel heard — to talk about what’s going on, without fear of judgement. It’s a collaborative process that can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Together, we work towards change, healing and self-understanding.

There’s no ‘right’ reason to seek support. If you’re thinking about it, you probably already know it could help.

I just wanted to say thank you for your help and to say what a positive experience I’ve had working with Aron. I was quite nervous before my first session and wasn’t sure if it was the right thing for me to do but Aron immediately made me feel at ease. I feel so much better from my sessions and I’m really thankful to Aron for making me feel able to be open and talk through how I was feeling.
